Through the passion of baking, Nina’s Bakery has expanded, developed and reached many customers over the years. We are continuously innovating and experimenting in new flavours, designs and ideas. The Baker
Nina’s interest for baking started way back since she was young, learning while helping her mum especially when festive seasons were around the corner. In 2015, she decided to fully pursue her interest by venturing into business and starting a home bakery.
To further hone her skills in baking, Nina also obtained a Diploma in Patisserie by Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts. On top of that, she has also attended wedding cake and cake decoration courses by the Baking Industry Training College (BITC). She is a passionate baker who is continuously experimenting and researching on new skills and techniques. Equipped with the gained knowledge, she is always eager to meet all her customers’ requests for customised cakes and other bakes.
